Q. What's this?


A. Great question! We compose bespoke pieces of music, as gifts for anyone celebrating a big event such as engagement, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays etc and for other important events. Every purchase gets

  • Personalised sheet music (digital download, poster print or framed print)
  • Mp3
  • Full sheet music for anyone to play the music

 

Q. How much personalisation can I have/do? 

A. When you pick the occasion for your gift, you will then look at customising it in the ‘customise’ section. Here you will pick the layout that you like, the title, an image if you choose to use an image. This ensures that you have both 100% original music and the display that is dedicated and particular to the recipient(s) of the gift. 


Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We have factories in the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. So if your shipping address is in the USA, your order will be hand-crafted and shipped from the US. The same principle applies for other countries.

 


Q. Can I change shipping address or change/cancel my order?

A. For 24h after placing the order, we can change the shipping address or issue the change/cancellation. After that, the order is sent to the production team so the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

 


Q. I have made a mistake in the shipping address and 24h have passed. What should I do?

A. Please make sure to check whether you've entered the correct address. If the order will be delivered to a wrong address it will not be re-shipped to the new location and all costs will be covered by the customer. In some cases, we will be able to change the shipping address after 24 hours. If you want to change the shipping address, please contact us at info@ownatune.com as soon as possible.

 

Q. How long will it take for my items to be delivered?

A. It will usually take 8-10 business days for all orders to arrive but we strive to have delivery before this. Shipping times vary based on customer location and shipping option chosen; based on demand and shipping. 

Note: Due to the current peak season and COVID situation, shipping carriers are overwhelmed with the volume, so we are unable to guarantee delivery times mentioned above.



Q. Do you ship Worldwide?

A. Triple yes! We want the whole world to enjoy our products!

 

Q. Where is your company located?

A. Our company's headquarters are located in Ireland, while our warehouses and vendors are scattered across the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe.

 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure and are SSL-encrypted to protect your data.

 

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

We do not sell our customers' information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For 99% of cases, you will not have to pay any customs, but it depends on where you are located and if you order more than 1 piece.
